Launch terms for ColoringSheetAI usage, credits, refunds, content restrictions, and plan-based output rights.

Service scope
ColoringSheetAI provides an AI-powered coloring page and printable worksheet generation workflow for adult-led personal, family, homeschool, classroom, and eligible creator use depending on the selected plan.
Adult use only
The service is not directed to children under 13. Adults may use it on behalf of children for classroom, homeschool, or family activities.
Commercial-use plans
Free and Plus are for personal, family, homeschool, and classroom use. Creator and Studio include limited commercial-use rights for eligible original outputs, subject to these Terms, acceptable-use rules, third-party rights, and marketplace rules.
Prompt restrictions
Users may not request protected characters, brands, adult or sexual content, graphic violence, hate, harassment, deceptive likeness use, illegal content, or children’s identifiable photos.
Credits and refunds
Launch terms currently state PayPal payments, a 14-day refund window, credits that do not expire, and failed-generation credit return. Final wording must match the production payment implementation.
No legal guarantee
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be original, non-infringing, copyright-free, trademark-free, KDP approved, or legally safe. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before printing or sharing.
Governing law
Current compliance handoff identifies California, United States as the governing-law direction for launch copy.
