How ColoringSheetAI collects, uses, shares, and retains information for the AI coloring page generator.

Who we are
ColoringSheetAI helps adult teachers, homeschool parents, parents, and families create printable coloring pages and simple worksheets from prompts and generation settings. For privacy questions, contact support@coloringsheetai.com.
Information we collect
We may collect account information, Google login information, prompts, age group, difficulty, style, page size, use case, generated previews, PNG/PDF files, usage events, technical logs, PayPal transaction metadata, and support communications.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit children’s personal information, identifiable children’s photos, protected characters or brand prompts, adult or sexual content, graphic violence, hateful content, passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information.
AI processing
ColoringSheetAI uses KIE AI API as a third-party AI service provider, and KIE may route requests to OpenAI. KIE media files are currently described as retained for 14 days and logs for 2 months. Users should avoid sensitive or confidential prompts.
Cloudflare infrastructure
The service is designed for Cloudflare Workers, R2, and D1. Cloudflare may process technical data, request logs, security events, storage data, and database data as part of providing infrastructure.
Analytics and cookies
We use Plausible, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, generation events, downloads, conversion events, product performance, SEO visibility, and usability issues. We do not use advertising pixels in the current scope.
Retention
Current launch copy states that uploaded files, generated results, and prompts stored by ColoringSheetAI are retained for 24 hours; ColoringSheetAI logs are retained for 2 months. Automated R2/D1 cleanup must match the final backend implementation before publication.
Children’s privacy
ColoringSheetAI is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly.
